万拉法新合并认知疗法治疗脑卒中后抑郁的临床研究

目的评价万拉法新合并认知疗法治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效。方法将82例脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分为研究组和对照组,分别给予万拉法新合并认知疗法、单用万拉法新治疗3月。用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、副反应量表(TESS)分别评定疗效和副反应。结果治疗1,3月后,研究组HAMD评分[(16.28±6.49)分、(9.62±5.19)分]明显低于对照组[(19.52±6.27)分、(12.48±5.48)分](P<0.05、P<0.01);临床疗效(痊愈率82.50%、显效率7.50%、有效率5.00%)好于对照组(55.00%、12.50%、15.00%)(P<0.05)。结论万拉法新合并认知疗法治疗脑卒中后抑郁的疗效较好。

A comparative study of venlafaxine plus cognitive therapy in the treatment of post-stroke depression

ObjectiveTo compare the effect venlafaxine plus cognitive therapy in the treatment of post-stroke depression.Methods82 patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group were given venlafaxine plus cognitive therapy, the control group were given venlafaxine only for treatment of 3 months. The efficacy was assessed by Hamailton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD). The side effects were assessed by treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale (TESS).ResultsThe rating of HAMD of the treatment group was significantly lower after 1 month and 3 months than that of the control group (P<0.05, P<0.01).The therapeutic efficacy in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionVenlafaxine plus cognitive therapy has better effect in treatment of post-stroke depression.
