临产孕妇凝血功能指标的检测与分析

摘    要:目的探讨临产孕妇凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、血小板计数(PLT)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)指标与弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)之间的相互关联及其影响。方法采用日本SysmexCA-50自动血凝仪及日本Kx-21血液分析仪对我院500例临产孕妇和50例正常婚检妇女进行以上指标的检测和分析。结果临产孕妇的Fbg、MPV、PDW明显高于对照组,有显著性差异(P〈O.01);PLT与对照组相比,无显著性差异(P〉O.05);临产孕妇的PT、APTT和TT明显低于对照组,有显著性差异(P〈O.01)。结论临产孕妇血液呈高凝状态,产前凝血功能指标的检测,对预防临产孕妇在分娩过程及产后可能出现的大出血、对于预防弥散性血管内凝血的发生及诊断,都有着极其重要的意义.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation of prothrombin time(PT) activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(Fbg),platelet count(PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV),and platelet distribution width(PDW) with disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC) in parturient women.Methods Five hundred cases of parturient women and fifty cases of non-pregnant women were detected with Sysmex CA-50 and Kx-21 and the values of PT,APTT,TT,Fbg,PLT,MPV and PDW were collected and analyzed.Results The levels of Fbg,MPV,PDW in parturient women were obviously higher compared with the non-pregnant women(P<0.01).There was no obvious change about the level of PLT(P>0.05).But the levels of PT,APTT,and TT were obviously dropped in parturient women(P<0.01).Conclusion As the blood of parturient women is in hypercoagulable state,the detection of coagulation indexes is important to diagnose DIC and prevent the abnormal bleeding.
