摘    要:
目的建立氯柳酊中氯霉素和水杨酸的比值光谱测定法.方法选择比值光谱的峰点和交点处(260.0 nm和291.6 nm)作为测定波长,直接测定氯柳酊中二组分的含量.结果氯霉素和水杨酸的平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为99.67%,0.52%和100.0%,0.66%.结论该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于医院制剂氯柳酊的质量检测.

Abstract:
ObjectiveTo establish ratio spectrophotometry for determination of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid in tincture.MethodsThe wavelength pair((260.0) nm and(291.6) nm) were selected at the peak point and intersection point of ratio spectra,to eliminate the interference of other components.ResultsThe average recoveries and relative standard deviations of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid were(99.67 %),(0.52 %) and(100.0 %),(0.66 %),respectively.ConclusionThe method was simple,rapid and accurate,which can be used for determination of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid in tincture.
