二甲双胍对糖尿病前期患者血管内皮功能的影响

目的研究二甲双胍对糖尿病前期患者血管内皮功能及部分炎症因子水平的影响。方法35例糖尿病前期患者服用二甲双胍1.5 g.d-1,疗程3个月。观察治疗前后胰岛素抵抗指数（HOMA-IR）、内皮依赖性血管舒张功能（FMD）与非内皮依赖性血管舒张功能（NMD）、血清TNF-α和可溶性细胞内粘附分子（sICAM-1）等变化。结果治疗后FMD明显改善（P〈0.05）,HOMA-IR降低（P〈0.05）。空腹血糖、空腹血胰岛素、TNF-α和sICAM-1水平均下降（均P〈0.05）。结论短期二甲双胍治疗能改善糖尿病前期患者内皮细胞功能,降低炎症因子水平。

Effects of metformin on endothelial function and level of inflammation factors in pre-diabetic patients

Aim To determine the potential effects of metformin on endothelial function and level of inflammation factors in pre-diabetic patients. Methods 35 subjects with pre-diabetes were treated with metformin 1.5 g once daily for 3months. The flow-mediated dilation in the brachial artery were measured. The serum concentrations of TNF-α and sICAM-1 were measured. HOMA-IR was calculated. Results After treatment, the FMD and HOMA-IR was improved significantly（P 〈 0.05 ）. Fasting blood glucose,fasting piasm insulin, serum TNF-α and sICAM-1 was significantly lower after treatment compared to pre-treatment. The improvement of FMD was strongly associated with the changes in HOMA-IR and TNF-α and sICAM-1 （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Short-term metformin therapy improves endothelial dysfunction and decreases inflammation factors.
