老年支气管哮喘急性发作30例舒适护理

目的:探讨老年支气管哮喘急性发作患者的舒适护理方法及临床效果.方法:将60例老年支气管哮喘急性发作患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例.对照组采用呼吸内科常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施舒适护理,比较两组患者护理后肺功能改善情况、住院时间、治疗依从性、哮喘积分、患者满意度及复发率.结果:观察组患者护理后肺功能改善情况、住院时间、治疗依从性、哮喘积分、患者满意度、复发率均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:舒适护理可改善支气管哮喘急性发作患者的肺功能情况,缩短住院时间,提高治疗效果及患者满意度,减少复发,有利于患者康复.

Comfort nursing care of 30 patients with acute attack of senile bronchial asthma

Objective:To explore the comfort nursing methods and its clinical effect in the treatment of acute attack of senile bronchial asthma.Methods:60 patients with acute attack of senile bronchial asthma were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group(30 cases in each group).The patients in the control group received conventional nursing care in the department of respiratory medicine and comfort nursing care was additionally provided for the patients in the observation group.The improvement of pulmonary function,duration of hospitalization,treatment compliance,asthma integral,patient’s satisfaction and the recurrence rate of disease were compared between the two groups after nursing care.Results:The improvement of pulmonary function,treatment compliance,asthma integral and patient’s satisfaction were better,the duration of hospitalization was shorter and the recurrence rate of disease was lower in the observation group than the control group after nursing care(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comfort nursing care can improve patient’s pulmonary function,shorten the hospitalization time,improve treatment effect and patient’s satisfaction and reduce the recurrence rate in the treatment of acute attack of senile bronchial asthma.
