残疾人对健康体检需求的调查分析

目的了解残疾人对健康体检的服务需求,提出相应的援助措施。方法采用自行设计的问卷调查表对350名残疾体检者进行体检服务需求调查,内容包括体检中心无障碍设施的需求、相关辅助器具的配备、专职导医导检的设置、体检信息无障碍的获取等。结果影响残疾人体检的因素主要是身体不便和无障碍设施不完善,残疾人对体检中心的需求包括升降电梯、无障碍卫生间、辅助器具的配备、提供有声读物和视频节目配字幕等信息资料,以及节省等候时间和得到优质的服务等。结论健康体检中心应加强残疾人无障碍设施的设计、提供专门的服务措施,满足更多的残疾人健康体检的需求。

Survey on the demand for health examination in disabled persons

Objective To investigate the demand for health examination in disable persons in order to provide corresponding assistance measures. Methods An investigation was performed in 350 disable persons with self-designed questionnaire including barrier-free facilities,auxiliary appliances,ful-time guiding to clinic and barrier-free access to medical information. Results The main factors affecting health examination of disable persons were physical inconvenience and imperfect barrier-free facilities.Disable persons needed express lift,barrier-free toilet,auxiliary appliances,audio books,video programs with subtitles,reduction of waiting time and high-quality service in medical examination centers. Conclusion Medical examination centers should enhance the design of barrier-free facilities and provide specific service measures to meet the requirement for health examination of disable persons.
