脂肪肝患者血脂、血糖及肝功能损害的相关性研究

目的研究脂肪肝患者血脂、血糖以及肝功能损害之间的相关性。方法选择2010年9月～2011年3月在笔者所在医院超声科检查确诊的196例脂肪肝患者作为观察组,同时选择同时期门诊体检的120例健康者作为对照组,分别检测两组的血脂、血糖、肝功能指标水平,并进行统计学分析和处理。结果观察组TC、TG、LDL-C、FBG均显著高于对照组,而HDL-C显著低于对照组,观察组ALT、AST、GGT均显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脂肪肝与高血脂、高血糖以及肝功能损害有一定的关联。

Correlation study of blood fat,blood sugar and liver damage of patients with fatty Liver

Objective To study the correlation of blood fat,blood sugar and liver damage of patients with fatty liver.Methods 196 cases of fatty liver from September 2010 to March 2011 were collected as research group.120 healthy cases were collected as control group at the same time.Blood fat,blood sugar and liver function index level were tested and assessed with statistical analysis.Results Levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,FBG of the research group were significantly higher than them of the control group,with P < 0.05.HDL-C level of the research group were significantly lower than them of the control group,with P < 0.05.Levels of ALT,AST,GGT of the research group were significantly higher than them of the control group,with P < 0.05.Conclusion Fatty liver and high blood fat,high blood sugar and liver damage has certain relevance.
