应用临床护理路径对无痛人工流产患者的健康教育

目的观察运用临床护理路径对无痛人工流产患者进行健康教育的效果。方法将200例无痛人工流产患者随机分为实验组100例和对照组100例,实验组运用临床护理路径进行健康教育。对照组按常规给予指导,比较两组患者健康教育的效果。结果实验组对健康教育知识的掌握情况、对护理工作的满意度及人流手术后半月随访复诊情况均优于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。而阴道出血时间>2周的患者数低与对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在无痛人工流产患者中运用临床护理路径进行健康教育,不仅可以提高患者对健康知识的掌握程度、对护理工作的满意度,还能减少术后并发症的发生。
