手法复位外固定架附加闭合穿针治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折

目的探讨手法复位外固定架附加闭合穿针治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的疗效。方法 2009年1月～2011年6月采用手法复位外固定架附加闭合穿针治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折26例。结果所有患者均获得6～24个月随访,平均(12.1±5.31)个月。按Dienst功能评估标准和Stewerd基础上结合Aro等测量方法制定的解剖评估标准得出疗效优良者24例,优良率为92%。结论手法复位外固定架附加闭合穿针治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折是理想的方法之一。

Objective To discusse the technique reset fixed frame additional closed wear needle treatment an unstable distal radius fractures.Methods From January 2009 to June 2011,use technique the reset fixed frame additional closed needle treatment in an unstable distal radius fracture 26 cases.Results All cases were followed up for 6～24 months mean(12.1± 5.31months).According to the function assessment standard of Dienst and Stewerd based on combining Aro,etc on the measurement method based on the anatomy of the evaluation standards formulated that the good effect of 24 cases was 92%.Conclusion Methods thereset fixed frame additional closed needle treatment in an unstable distal radius fracture is one of the ideal method.
