超声检查在宫内早期异常妊娠中的诊断价值

目的探讨超声检查在妇女妊娠早期的诊断价值。方法 2011年1～6月期间笔者所在医院超声科应用超声技术诊断早孕胚胎停育异常87例,对病例进行随访,对结果进行回顾性分析。结果本组资料中,诊断为先兆流产者49例,难免流产者21例,过期流产者17例。结论随着环境污染的加剧影响胎儿发育的因素在不断增加,超声诊断在妊娠早期中的作用越来越大。

The diagnostic value of the ultrasound diagnosis in the early abnormal pregnancy

Objective To explore the value of ultrasound examination in women with early pregnancy diagnosis. Methods Our courtyard department of ultrasound application corresponding ultrasound technique in diagnosis of early embryo abnormality in 87 cases during January to June 2011,cases were followed up,on the results of a retrospective analysis. Results In this group of data,diagnosis for 49 cases of threatened abortion,inevitable abortion in 21 cases,missed abortion in 17 cases. Conclusion Factors of effecting on fetal development are increasing with the aggravation of environmental pollution. The ultrasound diagnosis play a more and more important role in early pregnancy.
