| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨幽门螺杆菌（HP）感染与冠心病（CHD）的关系。方法：应用酶联免疫法测定CHD组（142例）和对照组（50例）血清特异性HP抗体（HPIgC)。结果：CHD组血清HPIgG阳性率明显高于对照组（65．49％vs28．00％,P＜0．0001）,经多元Logistic回归分析显示HPIgG阳性与冠心病发病呈明显的正相关（P＝0．0001）。结论：HPIgG阳性与冠心病的发生有明显的相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To determine the relation of Helicobacter pylori(HP) infection and coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods: Serum specific IgG antibodies to HP (HPIgG) were measured by ELISA in 142 patients with CHD and 50 controls with other cardiovascular diseases. Results: The rate of seropositive for HpIgG in CHD was singnificantly higher than that of controls (65.49% v s 28.00%,P<0.0001). Multiple logistic regression analysis indicated that the HP infection was related positively to CHD(P=0.0001). Conclusion: HP infection might be associated with CHD. |
