| 摘 要： | 目的探讨间盘炎的发病原因 ,临床表现和治疗手段。方法回顾4例腰椎间盘术后并发间盘炎的发病过程和转归结果 ,参照国内外文献报道的类似疾病进行分析。结果病因有三种类型 ,临床表现有其相同性。采用不同的治疗方法对间盘炎的愈后有较大影响。结论间盘炎的诊断需要综合分析做出判断 ,治疗则依据疾病的不同类型 ,不同阶段谨慎选择。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into the causes,symptoms and treating methods of discitis. Methods To reviewe the disease processes and results of 4 cases of discitis after lumbar disc surgery,and compare with the discitises reported by national and international medical documents. Results There are three types of causes of discitis, symptoms are very similar. Different treating methods brings about different results to discitis. Conclusion A exact diagnose is decided by general analyzing, and a treatment is selected according to disease type and phase of discitis. |
