| Abstract: | The uncertainty of measurement is an important parameter for clincial laboratories. According to the definition, the uncertainty of measurement is a parameter, associated with the result of a measurement, that characterizers the dispersion of the values that could reasonably be attributed to the measurand. So we can use the results of Internal Quality Control to evaluate the uncertainty of measurement in clinical laboratories. The standard uncertainty is equal to the standard deviation. |
