妇产科住院患者隐私保护需求的调查研究

目的了解妇产科患者隐私保护需求，为临床开展更具针对性的隐私保护服务提供依据。方法自行设计问卷对212名妇产科住院患者隐私保护需求进行调查，共3项16个条目。结果妇产科患者隐私部位保护需求占首位，得分为（4．52±0．78）；患者对涉及隐私部位的临床教学观摩最为介意，得分为（3．52±1．24）。不同年龄段和不同文化程度的患者对病史病情、个人生活秘密和个人空间的隐私保护需求与其他年龄组有明显差异（P〈0．01）；未婚者和已婚者对个人空间的隐私保护需求关注程度差异显著（P〈0．05）；妇科和产科患者对个人生活隐私保护差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论不同背景的患者对隐私保护有不同需求，医护人员应将隐私部位保护作为重点，关注患者隐私保护的个性化需求；使用“标准化患者”是解决临床教学与患者隐私保护矛盾的有效途径；维护患者的隐私是全面提升医疗服务品质不可或缺的重要内容。

Investigation on Privacy Protection Needs of Patients in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology

Objectives To understand the privacy protection needs of patients in the department of obstetrics and gynecology and to provide the evidence for more focused clinical privacy protection services. Methods A self-designed questionnaire on privacy protection needs , which consisted of 3 categories and 16 items, was conducted among 212 patients in the department of obstetrics and gynecology. Results The strongest needs investigated was private sites ＇ protection whth the score of 4.52±0.78. And what patients care most was clinical teaching observation related to private sites with the score of 3.52±1.24. Besides, there was significant difference （ P 〈0.01） in the protection needs of medical history, personal life and private space among the patients in different groups with different ages and educational backgrounds. Unmarried and married patients had significantly different concerns about the privacy protection of personal space（ P 〈0, 05） and there was significant difference in the protection needs of personal life （ P 〈0.05） between the patients in gynecology ward and obstetrics. Conclusion Patients with different backgounds have different needs of privacy protection. Health care providers should focus on the priviate sites protection of patients and pay attention to the individual needs of privacy protection. ＂Standarized patient＂ should be used to solve the conflits between clinical teaching and patients＇ privacy protection, which is an integrated part in improving quahies of medical health care：
