植物药及其组方美白作用的研究

摘    要:
目的:研究植物药及其组方在美白作用方面的有效程度。方法:通过多巴氧化法,以L-酪氨酸为底物,测量化合物在475nm处的紫外吸光度,计算得出植物药及组方乙醇提取液对土豆酪氨酸酶活性的抑制率。结果:计算出植物药及其组方的醇提取液对土豆酪氨酸酶活性的抑制率。植物药浓度为0.01g·ml^-1时,泽泻、桔梗、白鲜皮的醇提取液对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制率分别为98.7%、96.1%、94.7%,组方Ⅳ的醇提取液对土豆酪氨酸酶抑制率为119.5%。结论:泽泻、桔梗、白鲜皮及组方Ⅳ对酪氨酸酶活性有很强的抑制作用,具有很好的美白功效,为天然美白剂的开发提供科学依据。

Abstract:
Objective: studying effectiveness of the botanicals and the compounds in whitening by UV spectrophotometry. Methods : L-tyrosine is substrate , measurement of the reaction at 475 nm UV absorbance to calculated on tyrosinase inhibitory rate. Results : At concentration of 0.01 g·ml^-1, tyrosinase inhibitory rate of Alismaorientalis ( Sam. ) Juzep, Radix Platycodi, Densefruit Pittany Root-bark are 98.7 % ,96.1% ,94.7%, tyrosinase inhibitory rate of compound Ⅳ is 119.5 %. Conclusion: Tyrosinase inhibition of Zexie, Campanulaceae,Baixianpi and compound Ⅳ have strong effect,they can be as whitening ingredients in cosmetics.
