| 摘 要： | 本文对大连地区165例各期石棉肺作了统计分析。首先在对发病工种的统计中发现,除石棉肺常见发病行业外,对石棉尘间接接触者亦有许多发病,所以作者主张今后应扩大普查面。其次,着重介绍了石棉肺的主要X线表现,同时对胸腹斑作了较多的分析讨论,强调了胸膜斑在诊断中的价值。

| Abstract: | A statistical analysis was made on the 165 cases of asbestosis of various periods in Dalian areas. Firstly , in making a statistical analysis of the pathogenetic working categories , we found that , in addition to the usual pathogenetic profession of asbestosis, the incidence of asbestosis may often be detected in those individuals indirectly exposed to asbestos dust.Therefore, the investigators suggest that the scope of general examinations should be broadened in the future. Secondly, especially the significance of roentgeno-logical findings of asbestosis, pleural plaques in diagnosis were discussed. |
