| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血红素氧合酶1（HO-1）在脐血管上的表达及在脐血中的活性与窒息的相关性。方法用免疫组织化学法观察新生儿脐血管上HO-1的表达，用双波长分光光度法测定新生儿脐血中HO-1的活性。结果窒息新生儿组与正常足月儿组比较HO-1表达明显增加（P〈0．01）；窒息新生儿组脐血HO-1活性显著高于正常足月儿组（P〈0．01）。结论HO-1在脐血管上的高表达可能作为保护性因素参与新生儿窒息的过程。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the the correlation between the expression and activity of （heme oxygenase 1 ） HO-1 in umbilical cord blood and asphyxia of newborn. Methods The expression of HO-1 in the umbilical cord blood of neonates was detected by immunohistochemical method, and the activity of HO-1 in the umbilical cord blood of newborns was detected by double-wave-length spectrophotometric method. The examination results were statistically analyzed. Results The expression of HO-1 in asphyxia of newborn grouop was significantly increased, as compared with that in normal full-term neonates group（ P 〈 0.01 ） ;the activity of HO-1 in asphyxia of newborn group was significantly higher than that in normal full-term neonates group（ P 〈 O. O1 ）. Conclusion As a protective factor,the overexpression of HO-1 in umbilical cord blood may be involved in the process of asphyxia of newborn. |
