摘    要:目的 :研究蟾酥与维拉帕米的镇痛协同作用 ,为临床合理用药提供理论依据。方法 :采用化学刺激法、热刺激法致痛 ,观察蟾酥与维拉帕米联合应用的镇痛效果 ,用MS— 30 2系统观察蟾酥对蛙坐骨神经动作电位的影响。结果 :蟾蜍对醋酸所致小鼠腹痛、热板法致小鼠足痛均有明显的对抗作用 ,合用维拉帕米能显著增强镇痛效果 ,但蟾酥注射液对蛙坐骨神经动作电位传导无明显影响。结论 :蟾蜍和维拉帕米有镇痛协同作用

Abstract:Objective To research synergetic analgesic effect of toad venom and verapamil. Methods Acetic acid caused body turning experiment and hot plate-induced pain experiment were used to observe analgesic effect, and the influence of action potential of toad sciatic nerve was observe by nerve chamber and multi-media MS-302 system. Results Toad venom and T-V(toad venom-verapamil) compound had remarkable analgestic effect on pain in mice induced by acetic acid and hot-plate. T-V compound had greater effect on analgesia. Verapamil has faint analgestic effect. Both toad venom and T-V compound were not able to inhibit action potential transmission of toad sciatic nerve. Conclusion Toad vonem and verapamil have analgesic synergism.
