| 摘 要： | 指出护理记录中存在的问题有缺乏及时性、真实性、不能体现合法性、连续性差、重点不突出、病历管理不妥。对目前《医疗事故处理条例》要求举证责任倒置的形势及护理记录中存在的问题,提出干预及对策,以规范护理记录。

| Abstract: | It pointed out some problems existed in nursing record including lack of in-time and validity,unable to display legitimate,poor succession,focal points not outstanding and inappropriate of case history management.In view of the condition of giving evidences responsibility in reversal which "malpractice treatment rule" requested and problems existed in nursing record at present,this article put forward some interventions and strategies so as to standardize the writing of nursing record. |
