心肌康颗粒对病毒性心肌炎小鼠模型治疗作用的实验研究

目的:探讨心肌康颗粒治疗病毒性心肌炎(VMC)的作用机制。方法:予BALB/C小鼠腹腔接种柯萨奇病毒B3(CVB3)建立VMC模型,随机分为大、中、小剂量实验组、对照组等7组,观察7组在病态表现及死亡数、血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)测定、心肌组织病理学检验及病毒TCID50滴定、中和抗体滴定、干扰素诱生等方面的差别。结果:实验组与对照组在以上各方面均有明显差异,尤以大、中剂量组更为显著。结论:心肌康具有抗病毒、抗炎、调节免疫功能的作用。

Experimental Study on Treatment of Viral Myocarditis in Mice by Xin Ji Kang Granules

Objective:To approach the mechanism of action of Xin Ji Kang Granules on viral myocarditis.Methods:70 BALB/C mice were divided into therapeutic groups(high,low and middle dose Xinjikang groups)and control groups(virus,blank,insine and Xinjikang groups).Viral myocarditis model was created by intraperitoneal inoculation with Coxsackievirus B-3(CVB_3) on BALB/C mice,except the blank and Xinjikang groups.The differences between the therapeutic group and control group,about abnormal state,fatality rate,SLDH,myocardial patholigic picture and virus TCID_ 50 titration,neutralizing antibody titration,interferon inducer,were observed.Results:The effects of Xinjikang groups,especial the high and middle dose groups,were better obviously than control groups.Conclusion:Xinjikang has splendid antiviral and anti-inflammatory function,and could also regulate immunologic function,thus proves Xin Ji Kang Granules has effective therapeutic action on viral myocarditis.
