复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶治疗留置针静脉炎的疗效观察

摘    要:目的评价复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶外涂治疗静脉留置针输液造成的静脉炎的疗效。方法将67例行静脉留置针输液引起的静脉炎患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组35例发生静脉炎后用七叶皂苷钠凝胶外涂;对照组32例发生静脉炎后用25%硫酸镁湿敷。观察静脉炎的治疗效果。结果通过实验对比观察治疗效果,实验组总有效30例,其中显效12例,有效18例,总有效率为86%;对照组总有效15例,其中显效6例,有效9例,总有效率为47%;治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(χ2=11.44,P〈0.05),差异有统计学意义。25%硫酸镁湿敷蒸发较快,需经常更换纱布,致操作不便;在使用复方七叶皂苷钠凝胶时,凝胶在皮肤表面可形成一层薄膜,防止水分的蒸发,起效快,药效维持时间较长,无明显不良反应。结论七叶皂苷钠凝胶治疗留置针静脉炎的疗效优于25%硫酸镁湿敷法。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy of compound sodium aescinate gel in treating the phlebitis caused by venous catheter.Methods Sixty seven patients with phlebitis caused by venous catheter were randomly divided into two groups.35 cases in the experimental group treated with gel with compound sodium aescinate gel;32 cases in the control group with 25% magnesium sulfate wet compress.Results In the experimental group,12 cases achieved excellent therapeutic efficacy,18 cases achieved markedly therapeutic efficacy,the total effective rate was 86%;in the control group,6 cases achieved excellent therapeutic efficacy,9 cases achieved markedly therapeutic efficacy,the total effective rate was 47%.The effective rate in the treatment group was significantly superior to that in control group(χ2=11.44,P0.05),so the difference was statistically significant.The wet compress with 25% magnesium sulfate had a shortage of rapid evaporation and needed to be changed frequently.While the compound sodium aescinate gel made up a layer of membrane on the skin surface to prevent water evaporation,with had a rapid onset,long drug effective time and few adverse reaction.Conclusion The efficacy of compound sodium aescinate gel in the treatment of phlebitis caused by venous catheter is more effective than 25% magnesium sulfate wet compress.
