| 摘 要： | 目的建立硫酸氢氯吡格雷片含量测定方法。方法选用ULTRON ES-OVM手性色谱柱(15 cm×4 mm,5μm),流动相:0.03 mol.L-1乙酸铵溶液-乙腈(78∶22),流速:0.8 mL.m in-1,检测波长:230 nm。结果硫酸氢氯吡格雷线性范围40.8~142.9μg.mL-1(r=0.999 8),平均回收率97.5%。结论本方法专属性强,可用于该制剂的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Clopidogrel Bisulfate Tablets.Methods The separation was performed on the Ultron ES-OVM Chiral column（15 cm×4 mm,5 μm）,and the mobile phase was 0.03 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate solution-acetonitrile（78∶22） at the flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 230 nm.Results The linear range of clopidogrel bisulfate was 40.8 ~142.9 μg·mL-1（r=0.999 8） and the average recovery was 97.5%.Conclusion The method was specific and can be used for the determination of the preparation. |
