| 摘 要： | 目的研究白芍中白芍总苷的提取工艺。方法以芍药苷含量为指标,采用正交实验法进行工艺优选。结果提取时间是白芍中有效成分提取的关键因素,其次是乙醇浓度和加醇量,提取次数是最次要因素。结论白芍最佳提取工艺为用8倍量70%乙醇,加热提取两次,3 h/次。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the optimum extraction of Paeonia lactiflora Pall.MethodsReferring to the content of Paeoniflorin,orthogonal design was applied.ResultsThe time of the extraction is the first factor,the content of ethanol and the amount of ethanol are the second,and the extraction times is the last.ConclusionThe optimum extraction is as follows:adding 8 times of 70% ethanol,extracting three times,boiling for 1.5 hours each time. |
