| 摘 要： | 目的 寻求预防胸腰椎骨折内固定失败的措施。方法 对 21例胸腰椎骨折内固定失败病例进行回顾性分析。结果 脊柱内固定失败的原因多为技术因素。结论 在基层医院提高医师的技术素养是避免脊柱内固定失败的主要措施。
