阿魏酸钠联合疏血通治疗慢性肾功能不全30例

目的观察阿魏酸钠联合疏血通治疗慢性肾功不全的疗效。方法将98例非透析治疗的轻、中度慢性肾功能不全患者随机分成3组,静脉输入注射用阿魏酸钠和疏血通注射液为A组（30例）,静脉输入注射用阿魏酸钠为B组（34例）,静脉输入疏血通注射液为C组（34例）,比较治疗15d后血肌酐、尿素氮、超敏C-反应蛋白、尿微量白蛋白、尿蛋白的变化。结果治疗15d后,3组血肌酐、尿素氮、超敏C-反应蛋白、尿微量白蛋白水平较治疗前均有下降,其中A组下降更明显（P〈0.01）;3组尿蛋白水平治疗前后比较变化不大（P〉0.05）。结论阿魏酸钠和疏血通对慢性肾功能不全均有治疗作用,联合使用效果更佳。

Effect of Sodium Ferulate for Injection and Shuxuetong on Treating Chronic Renal Failure

Objective To study the curative effect of Sodium Ferulate for Injection and Shuxuetong in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods Ninety-eight nondialytic patients with mild and moderate chronic renal failure were randomly divided into three groups.Thirty cases in group A were intravenously given Sodium Ferulate for Injection and Shuxuetong.Thirty-four cases in group B and Thirty-four cases in group C were intravenously given Sodium Ferulate for Injection and Shuxuetong respectively.The changes of serum crea,BUN,hs-CRP,mALB and UP after 2-week treatment were compared among 3 groups.Results After 2-week treatment,serum crea,BUN,hs-CRP and mALB in all treatment groups were decreased（P 〈0.05）.The decrease in group A was more significant（P〈 0.01）.UP in 3 groups had no obvious change before and after treatment（P〈 0.05）.There were no severe adverse reactions in all treatment groups.Conclusion Sodium Ferulate for Injection and Shuxuetong have the curative effects on chronic renal failure,but combination use has better efficacy.
