徐州市麻风病治愈存活者生存和健康状况调查

目的 摸清徐州市麻风病治愈存活者生存和健康现状,并为制订精准保障措施和政策提供依据。方法 使用江苏省疾病预防控制中心统一设计的《江苏省麻风院村内治愈存活者个人信息复核表》,对全市所有麻风病治愈存活者进行逐一调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 徐州市麻风病治愈存活者老龄化趋势明显,农民占绝大多数,单身占30.56%,独居占22.73%,畸残和老龄化导致其无经济来源;对生活不能自理的麻风病治愈存活者的生活照料问题是当前麻风病防治工作的一个难题。44.95%的麻风病治愈存活者存在2级畸残,需要针对性地开展麻风病治愈存活者畸残预防和康复服务,提供防护支具,及时实施手术矫正和开展康复训练服务。15.91%的麻风病治愈存活者有不同程度其它疾病。结论 徐州市麻风病治愈存活者的生存状况不容乐观,政府部门应继续加强社会保障,协调组织相关部门积极开展畸残康复,进一步提升其生存质量,积极开展麻风病签约服务,给麻风病治愈存活者提供精准的服务。

Investigation on survival and health status of cured leprosy patients in Xuzhou City

Objective To find out the survival and health status of cured leprosy patients in Xuzhou City, so as to provide the evidence for formulating the accurate safeguard measures and policies. Methods By using the Individual Information Check List of the Cured Leprosy Patients of the Leprosy Hospital in Jiangsu Province designed by the Jiangsu Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), all the survivors of leprosy in Xuzhou City were investigated, and the data were analyzed. Results The trend of the aging of leprosy survivors was obvious in the city, farmers accounted for the majority, the single accounted for 30.56%, and persons living alone accounted for 22.73%. The deformity and aging led to the lack of economic sources, which meant they needed the social system security and government participation. It was also a difficult problem for leprosy prevention and control work to take care of leprosy patients who could not take care of themselves. Totally 44.95% of the leprosy survivors had Level-2 disability. It was necessary to carry out the prevention and rehabilitation services of the deformity of the leprosy survivors, provide protective support, implement the surgical correction in time, assist the disabled to get valuable and auxiliary equipment, and carry out rehabilitation training services. Totally 15.91% of the leprosy survivors had varying degrees of other diseases. Conclusion The living conditions of the leprosy survivors are not optimistic in Xuzhou City. The government departments should continue to strengthen the social security and coordinate the relevant departments to actively carry out the rehabilitation of malformed disability, in order to further improve the life quality of the leprosy survivors.
