| 摘 要： | 目的调查高校毕业生焦虑抑郁状况,分析其相关影响因素。方法采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)以及自制的一般影响因素调查表,对市某高校655名毕业生进行焦虑抑郁状况调查分析。结果抑郁发生率为36.11%,焦虑发生率为21.45%。性别、专业特点、在家排行、家庭经济收入对焦虑、抑郁的影响均有显著性。结论毕业生焦虑、抑郁情绪是多种因素作用的结果,关注大学生心理卫生状况和实施心理健康教育是十分必要的。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate both anxiety and depression of graduates in a college and analyze their influencing factors.Methods To investigate 655 graduates in a college of Nanjing by useing SDA, SAS and self-made influencing factors questionnaire.Results Among these graduates, the rate of depression was 36.11% and the rate of anxiety was 21.45%. Sex, characteristics of the major, siblings, family income had a significant impact on both anxiety and depression.Conclusion The graduates' emotion of both anxiety and depression was influenced by action of various factors, so it is necessary to pay attention to college students' mental health status and to carry out mental health education. |
