| 摘 要： | 目的：观察不同起搏方式对病窦综合征预后的影响。方法：136例病窦综合征患者安装了永久人工心脏起搏器，其中VVI54例，DDD70例，AAI12例，分别随访了2～7．5年，观察房颤，充血性心力衰竭和起搏器综合征的发生率及病死率。结果：DDD，AAI与VVI起搏相比，房颤、充血性心力衰竭和起搏器综合征的发生率及病死率明显降低。结论：对病窦综合征患者起搏治疗应选择DDD和AAI起搏方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the influence of permanent cardiac pacing therapy with different pacing modes on the prognosis in the patients with sick sinus syndrome. Methods One hundred and thirty-six patients with sick sinus syndrome were implanted permanent pacemaker, in which there were 54 cases of VVI mode, 70 of DDD mode and 12 of AAI mode. The rate of atrial fibrillation, congestive heart failure and pacemaker syndrome were observed for 2 to 7.5 years. Results The rate of atrial fibrillation, congestive heart failure and pacemaker syndrome were significantly more reductive in the cases of DDD mode and AAI mode than the cases of VVI mode. Conclusion DDD or AAI pacing mode should be chosen in the permanent cardiac pacing therapy for the patients with sick sinus syndrome. |
