中西医结合治疗重症急性胰腺炎并胰周感染

目的：重症急性胰腺炎存在一定的感染率．而感染是其致死和并发症发生的主要原因之一。本部分感染的病人需要外科手术的干预．但手术治疗的病死率及并发症的发生率均较高，本文旨在探讨中西医结合非手术的方法治疗其中的部分病例疗效。方法：报告3例经穿刺培养证实胰腺感染的重症急性胰腺炎病人，经过中药，抗生素的应用及支持治疗而避免了手术。结果：两例痊愈，一例并发胰腺假性囊肿．均未手术，正常生活。结论：部分重症急性胰腺炎伴感染的病人可以通过中西医结合保守治疗获得康复，避免或者延缓手术。

Conservative Management of Severe Acute Pancreatitis Compliated with Peripancreatice Intection by Integrated TCM and West Medicine

Background & Objective:Patients with severe acute pancreatitis are at risk for infection, a major cause of morbidity and mortality. Most patients with infected pancreatic tissue require surgical intervention, which is associated with high morbidity and mortality. The aim of this study was to investigate the way that a subset of these patients can be treated nonsurgically with integrated TCM and West Medicine. Methods:Three cases of severe acute pancreatitis hospital are described, in which the patients developed aspirate-proven pancreatic infection. They were treated with traditional Chinese medicine, antibiotics and other supportive measures and surgery was avoided. Results:Two patients had complete recovery and one patient was complicated with pancreatic pseudocyst. Surgery was avoided in all patients and the patients,are all leading a normal life. Conclusions:A subset of patients with sever acute pancreatitis complicated with peripancreation infection could be successfully managed with integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and West Medicine. Surgery could possible be delayed or avoided.
