| 摘 要： | 目的观察高压氧结合电针治疗外展神经麻痹的疗效。方法将48例外展神经麻痹患者随机分为2组，高压氧结合电针治疗（实验组）24例，单纯高压氧治疗（对照组）24例，对两组患者疗效进行分析。结果实验组有效率95．8％，对照组有效率75．0％，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论高压氧结合电针治疗外展神经麻痹疗效优于单纯高压氧治疗。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with electro-acupuncture for the treatment of abducens nerve paralysis. METHODS Forty-eight cases were randomly divid- ed into experimental group and control group. Experimental group： 24 cases were treated by hyperbaric oxygen combined with electro-acupuncture. Control group： 24 cases were treated by hyperbaric oxygen alone. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed. RESULTS The total effective rates in experimental group and control group were 95.8% and 75.0% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. CONCLU- SION Hyperbaric oxygen combined with electro-acupuncture for the treatment of abdueens nerve paralysis was superior to hyperbaric oxygen alone. |
