肺肾气虚型肺胀患者血液流变学的观察

对比观察３３例肾气虚型肺胀组和３２名健康在人组的血液流变学。结果ＧＡ组全血比粘度、血浆比粘度、全血还原粘度、红细胞压积、血沉方程Ｋ值均比ＧＢ组血液流变学增高，提示ＧＡ组患血液粘滞性增高，符合“气虚血瘀”，“肺朝百脉不利”的肺胀病机特点。

Observation on Hemorhelogy of Weakening Lung Renal''''s Pulmorary Emphysema

Observed hemorhelogy in present a contrast between lung renal's pulmonary emphysema 33 cases and health person 33 cases. The result such as: the weakening lung renal's pulmorary emphysema group for total blood viscosity(nb) .blood plsma viscosity (np), total blood reduced viscosity (RVb), Hematocrit (HT). the order K of blood deposition (K) is increased than the heatth persons. It was suggested that lung renal's pulmorary emphysema cases for blood viscosity is increased, it is accord with gas weak and blood deposit. lung heat for a long time is harmful. the mechanism of lung renal's pulmonary emphysema had this distingush feature.
