| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨双黄连针剂雾化吸入对喘憋性肺炎的疗效。方法 :双黄莲针剂用生理盐水稀释到 2 0mg/ml雾化吸入 ,并与病毒唑雾化吸入比较。结果 :双黄连与病毒唑雾化吸入治疗喘憋性肺炎疗效无显著性差异。结论 :双黄莲雾化吸入治疗喘憋性肺炎是安全、有效的方法 ,可替代病毒唑进行雾化吸入。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of atomized Shuanghuanglian-injectio (SHLI) inhalation therapy for epidemic bronchiolitis in children.Methods Diluted to 20mg/ml, the injectio was inhaled and compared with virazol.Results:No significant difference was found in the curative effect between the two therapies.Condusion:The SHLI treatment is safe and effective, and therefore it can be used as a substitute for virazol in the treatment for epidemic bronchiolitis. |
