| 摘 要： | 本文应用原子吸收光谱法分析了视网膜脱离及网脱伴高度近视患者血清锌、铜含量。结果显示：网脱伴高度近视患者血清锌含量（２５．５９±５．８μｍｏｌ／Ｌ）高于对照组（２１．１±６．８５μｍｏｌ／Ｌ），Ｐ＜０．０５。并讨论了这些结果的意义及同视网膜色素上皮的关系。

| Abstract: | Serum zinc and copper in
retinal detachment and in retinal detachment with highmyopia were investigated by atomic
absorption spectrophotometry.The results showed thatserum zinc levels were higher in retinal
detachment with high myopia than those in the controls(P<0. 05),and the coper/zinc ratio was lower
than that in the controls (P<0.05).Thesingnificance of these findings and their relation to the retinal
pigment epithelium were discussed. |
