摘    要:目的研究川麦冬块根发育期多糖的动态积累规律,比较不同加工条件对麦冬多糖含量的影响。方法应用浓硫酸-蒽酮显色,紫外-可见分光光度计法对麦冬药材进行多糖含量测定。结果川麦冬在12月份至4月的块根生长期中,多糖含量呈逐渐升高趋势,进入4月份后,多糖含量趋于稳定。结论不同加工条件对麦冬多糖的含量有一定影响。

Abstract:Objective To study the patterns of dynamic accumulation of polysaccharides in the roots of Ophiopogon japonicus derived from different harvest times, and to compare the contents of polysaccharide in Ophiopogon japonicus derived from different processing methods. Methods The polysaccharide content in Ophiopogon japonicus was determined by colorimetry of sulfuric acid anthrone. Results From December to April, the contents of polysaccharides in the roots of Ophiopogon japonicus gradually increased, then kept stability. Conclusion The contents of polysaccharides in the root of Ophiopogon japonicus had some influences by different processing methods.
