氯丙嗪、氯氮平所致代谢性不良反应7年监测

目的：监测住院患者在长期使用氯氮平、氯丙嗪治疗中对血糖、甘油三脂、胆固醇、体重、血压等方面影响。方法：对住院患者定期进行空腹血糖、甘油三脂、胆固醇和血压、体重监测。结果：在连续使用氯氮平、氯丙嗪治疗7年以上的患者中总血糖升高为13．69％（10／73），单用氯氮平血糖升高为14．28％（5／35），氯丙嗪血糖升高为9．52％（2／21），联合用药血糖升高为17．64％（3／17），同时还伴有甘油三脂、胆固醇、血压升高和体重的增加现象。结论：使用氯氮平、氯丙嗪治疗过程中，联合用药更容易引起血糖、甘油三脂、胆固醇代谢障碍和血压升高、体重增加。

Chlorpromazine and clozapine lead to side effect of metabolism seven years monitoring

Objective:To monitor the changing of blood glucose,triglycerides,cholesterol,blood pressure and weight of inpatients chronicle treated with chlorpromazine and clozapine.Methods:Blood glucose,triglycerides,cholesterol,blood pressure and weight of inpatients were regularly monitored.Results: The hyperglycemia of patients treated with chlorpromazine and clozapine in seven years is 13.69%;the hyperglycemia of patients treated with only clozapine is 14.28%.The hypergiycemia of patients treated with only chlorpromazine is 9.52%;the hyperglycemia of patients treated with both chlorpromazine and clozapine is 17.64%,while the triglycerides,cholesterol,blood pressure and weight were increased.Conclusions: The coalition of clozapine and chlorpromazine can more easily lead to blood glucose,triglycerides,cholesterol metabolism abnormality,blood pressure rise and weight gain.
