| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨低分子肝素治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法：选取脑梗死患者138例，随机分为治疗组68例，对照组70例。对照组予丹参10ml及胞磷胆碱1．0g分别加入0．9%NS 250ml静脉点滴，1次／d为基础治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础治疗上加用低分子肝素4100IU脐旁皮下注射，2次／d，治疗10d。结果：低分子肝素治疗组总有效率86．76％，对照组总有效率71．43％，治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：低分子肝素治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of the Low molecular weight heparin on cerebral infarction. Method:138 cases of cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups (1)the teatment group (70 cases) was given 10 ml of salvia miltiorrhiza. With 1.0 g of citicoline and 0.9%of NS 250 ml iv. gtt qd. (2)the control group (68 cases) was given 4 100 IU of low molecular weight heparin sc bid for 10 days. The other therapies in these two groups were the same.Result:The total effective rate is 86.76% in the group with low molecular weight heparin, and 71.43% in the control group. There is a significant difference between the two groups ( P <0.05). Conclusion:Low molecular weight heparin is an effective and safe drug in the treatment of cerebral infarction. |
