坏死性口底蜂窝织炎46例临床分析

目的通过对腐败坏死性口底蜂窝织炎病例的回顾性分析,总结该病特点,以提高治愈率。方法对我院1981年3月～2005年12月经治的坏死性口底蜂窝织炎的住院患者46例,分析其感染来源、细菌培养结果、全身症状及局部表现及其治疗方法。结果本组46例,38例痊愈,因并发症而救治无效8例死亡,病死率17.39%。结论坏死性口底蜂窝织炎应早期及时切开引流,早期联合、足量使用敏感抗生素,纠正酸碱平衡紊乱,加强支持治疗等综合治疗,以有效控制病情,提高治愈率。

The clinical analysis of 46 cases with the necrotic cellulitis of floor of mouth

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristic of the necrotic cellulitis of floor of mouth, and increasethe cure rate. Methods fouety- six patients with necrotic cellulitis of floor of mouth were analysis with the source of infect,the result of bacterial culture, constitutional symptom, regional symptom and the method of treatment. Results thirty- eightpatients were recovery, eight patients died from the complications. Conclusions For the patients of the necrotic cellulitisof floor of mouth,the key of increase the cure rate is that nonage incision and drainage in time, early combine sufficientusing antibiotic.
