| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨血浆 D-二聚体测定对急性心肌梗死辅助诊断、病情观察、溶栓药物疗效监测的应用价值。方法 :用酶联免疫吸附试验 (EL ISA法 )检测患急性心肌梗死的病人在入院时和进行溶栓治疗一周后血浆 D-二聚体的含量。结果 :6 8例患急性心肌梗死的病人在入院时没有经过溶栓治疗前血浆 D-二聚体的含量明显高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,经过进行溶栓治疗 1周后其血浆 D-二聚体的含量明显低于治疗前的含量 (P<0 .0 0 1)。结论 :血浆 D-二聚体的含量测定可以作为急性心肌梗死的辅助诊断 ,并且可以用来观察病情以及溶栓药物的疗效监测。

| Abstract: | Purpose To research the value of serous D-dimer in acute miocardial infarction in the diagnosis and evaluate to the state of illness and curative effect. Methods The serous D-dimer in acute miocardial infarction were detected at admission and 1 week after streptokinase therapy with the method of ELISA. Results The concentration of serous D-dimer in acute miocardial infarction at admission was obvious higher than those who accept streptokinase therapy at least 1 week (P<0.001). Conclusion The detection of serous D-dimer could be used as a index of diagnosis and evaluation of the state of illness and curative effect in the patients with acute miocardial infarction. |
