| 摘 要： | 目的探讨影响白细胞碎裂型血管炎（LV）的预后因素。方法用Logistic回归对58例LV患者的临床，实验室及病理资料进行单因素和多因素分析。结果关节痛与体温正常是影响LV病程的最危险因素，而发热和缺乏皮损痛则是系统受累的最危险因素。结论提示纠正上述因素可改善LV的预后。 |

| Abstract: | objective:to investigate prognostic factors in leukocytolastic vasculitis.methods,we studied the clinical,chemical analysis and pathology of 58 patients,univariate and muldvariate analysis were conducted by logistic regression methods.results:arthralgia and normal temperature were the risk factors for chronic course, while fever and absence of painful lesions were the risk factor for systemic involvement.conclusion: to redress the risk factors could improve prognosis of LV. |
