丙泊酚联合芬太尼及米索前列醇用于无痛人工流产的疗效观察

目的探讨丙泊酚联合芬太尼及米索前列醇用于无痛人工流产的临床疗效。方法将140例行人工流产的早孕妇女分为丙泊酚联合芬太尼及米索前列醇组80例（治疗组）和普通人工流产组60例（对照组），对2组患者术中扩宫情况、出血量、子宫收缩幅度及人工流产综合征发生率进行比较。结果术中扩宫情况、出血量、宫缩幅度、人工流产综合征发生率两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），治疗组明显优于对照组。结论丙泊酚联合芬太尼及米索前列醇用于人工流产镇痛效果可靠，宫颈软化良好，操作简便、安全且副反应少，值得临床推广应用。

Propofol Combined with Fentanyl and Misoprostol for Painless Induced Abortion: An Observation of Therapy Effects

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of propofol combined with fentanyl and misoprostol on painless induced abortion. Methods All 140 pregnant women requesting induced abortion were voluntarily and randomly divided into two groups：experimental group （propofol combined with fentanyl and misoprostol） and control group （traditional induced abortion）. Cervix dilation,bleeding volume and uterine contractibility were compared between the two groups. Results Cervix dilation, bleeding volume and uterine contractibility of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and there were significant differences in cervix dilation, bleeding volume and uterine contractibility between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Use of propofol combined with fentanyl and misoprostol for painless induced abortion is worthy of popularization due to its reliable effects on analgesia, better cervix softening, convenient manipulation, safety and few side effects.
