心理干预对慢性乙型肝炎患者生活质量的影响

目的:探讨心理干预对慢性乙型肝炎患者生活质量的影响。方法:采用病例对照的研究方法。对符合慢性乙型肝炎诊断标准的100例患者随机分为两组,对照组(n=49)给常规抗病毒及对症治疗;试验组(n=51)在此常规治疗的基础上给予心理干预;8周为1疗程。8周末采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及健康状况调查问卷评价患者的生活质量。结果:心理干预后试验组与对照组相比SCL-90总分及各因子分均降低,有显著性差异(P<0.05);SF-36总评分及生理功能(PF)、生理职能(RP)、精神健康(MH)、社会职能(SF)、躯体疼痛(BP)和活力(V)的平均评分两组相比有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:心理干预可改善慢性乙型肝炎患者的健康状况,提高生活质量。

Effect of psychological intervention on the life quality of patients with chronic hepatitis

Objective:To study the effect of psychological intervention on the life quality of patients with chronic hepatitis. Methods:Totally 100 patients with chronic hepatitis were randomly divided into two groups:control group (n=49) and observation group. All the patients in two groups were treated with traditionally anti-virus therapy, while based on it, psychological intervention were given to the observation group (n=51), take 8 weeks as 1 course of treatment. Symptom checklist (SCL-90) and SF-36 instrument were used to evaluate the quality of life (QOL) of all the patients in the end of the eighth week.Results:Total marks of SCL-90 and each factor score in psychological intervention group are lower than the control group, the contrast has statistical significance (P<0.01); the average scores SF-36 score and physical functioning (PF), role-physical (RP), mental health (MH), social functioning (SF),bodily pain (BP) and vitality (V) in two groups has a significant deviation(P<0.01).Conclusion:Psychological intervention can improve the health status and life quality of patients with chronic hepatitis.
