巨大肾上腺海绵状血管瘤1例报告并文献复习

目的：探讨巨大肾上腺海绵状血管瘤的临床特点,提高诊治水平。方法：分析1例巨大左侧肾上腺海绵状血管瘤患者的临床资料,并复习文献。结果：巨大肾上腺海绵状血管瘤女性多见,以肿块压迫症状、可触及包块、良性、非功能性为特点,体积大,易出血,MRI有典型特征。结论：巨大肾上腺海绵状血管瘤易误诊,其非功能性特点及MRI影像学特征有助于诊治,肿瘤越大,手术风险越高,切除肿瘤是治愈本病的关键。

Huge Cavernous Hemangioma of Adrenal Gland:A Case Report and Literature Review

Objective：To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of huge cavernous hemangiomas of the adrenal gland through discussing its clinical characteristic.Methods：The clinical datum of one case of this disease on left was analyzed and the related literature was reviewed.Result：This disease occurred frequently in women,which had compression of the surrounding organs,a palpable mass,benign and non-functioning manifestation,easily hemorrhage and had the typical characteristics in MRI.Conclusion ：This disease is easy to be misdiagnosed preoperatively and possibly diagnosed by these characteristic. The more huge,the more dangerous in operation which is very important in treatment.
