| 摘 要： | 目的：以细菌内毒素检查方法对乳酸环丙沙星注射液进行热原检查。方法：采用抑制或增强试验，将细菌内毒素检查法与家兔法检测结果作对比。结果：该注射液经一定稀释后对测定无干扰。结论：细菌内毒素检查法适用于检测该注射液。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the method for determining bacterial endotoxins in the ciprofloxacin lactate injection. Methods:The experiment was carried out by the inhibition or enhancement test. The result of the rabit test was compared with that of the bacterial endotoxin test. Results:The method was valid by diluting this injection to certain concentration, and the detection was not interfered. Conclusion:It was showed that the method is suitable for the detection of bacterial endotoxins in the ciprofloxacin lactate injection. |
