反相高效液相色谱法测定奥扎格雷的含量

摘    要:目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定奥扎格雷的含量。方法采用Kromasil C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱以0.025mol/L磷酸二氢钾(pH 3.4)-乙腈(85∶15)为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,以左羟丙哌嗪为内标物,检测波长为274nm。结果奥扎格雷的回归方程Y=0.0023X+0.0165(r=0.9997),其线性范围为4.16~416μg/ml,平均回收率为99.97%(RSD值为0.44%)。结论本法可用于奥扎格雷的含量测定,操作简便,结果准确。

Abstract:Objective To develop a RP- HPLC procedure in determination the quantity of ozagrel. Methods HPLC was carried out using a Kromasil CI8 column (4.6mm×150mm, 5μm) with 0. 025mol/L Potassium dihydrogen phosphate(pH3.4)- acetonitrile (85:15) as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0ml/min, the internal standard was levodropropzine. The UV wavelength was 274nm. Results The regression equation was Y = 0. 0023X + 0. 0165 ( r =0. 9997). The linear ranged from 4. 16 to 416μg/ml. The mean recovery was 99.97% and RSD was 0.44 %. Key words: Conclusion The proposed method is simple, selective accurate and precise.
