| 摘 要： | 目的 :总结颈部神经鞘瘤的诊断和治疗经验。方法 :回顾分析 2 1例颈部神经鞘瘤的临床资料。结果 :患者在行B超和CT检查后 ,手术治疗 ,随访 9个月～ 19年 ,无 1例复发。结论 :B超和CT有助于诊断 ,手术切除是有效的治疗方法

| Abstract: | Objective: To summarize the experience of clinical diagnosis and treatment for cervical neurilemmoma. Method:The clinical data of 21 cases of cervical neurilemmoma were retrospectively analyzed.Result: All cases were treated by surgery after detected by CT and B ultrasonic. All tumors were completely removed , no one recurred in 9 months to 19 years follow-up period. Conclusion: CT and B ultrasonic detection are useful for diagnosis ,surgical treatment is effective in treating this disease. |
