长春西汀注射液用于脑出血急性期的临床疗效观察

目的：观察长春西汀注射液促进脑出血急性期病人神经功能恢复的临床疗效。方法：70例脑出血急性期病人被随机分成治疗组（35例）和对照组（35例）。在与对照组采用相同的常规治疗和功能康复运动疗法的基础上，治疗组加用长春西汀注射液，每日1次，每次20mg，连用14天。采有Fugle-Meyer积分法和Barthel指数评分法评价两组病人在治疗前后肢体运动功能和日常生活能力的变化。结果：治疗后，治疗组病人神经功能缺损的减轻程度及肢体运动功能和日常生活能力的恢复均明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：长春西汀注射液是脑出血急性期的有效治疗药物。

A Clinical Observation of Efficacy of Vinpocetine Injection on Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of vinpocetine injection on acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods: 70 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group.All the patients received the same routine treatment;besides,35 patients in treatment group received vinpocetine injection(20mg,qd) for 14 days.The neurofunction of patients in two groups before and after treatment was evaluated by the scores of Fugle-Meyer integral and Barthed Index.Results: After treatment,the relief of neurofunction deficiency and the restoration of activities of limb moving and daily living in treatment group were superior to those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: A satisfactory efficacy with vinpocetine injection for the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage is obtained.
