微小切口交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折

目的 探讨微小切口交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折的临床效果。方法 179例胫骨骨折中，根据骨折的类型，软组织损伤程度，骨折复位与固定的难易程度选择切口类型。分为零切口（无切口闭合复位），微切口和小切口3种，进行胫骨交锁髓内钉固定。术后152例得到随访，随访时间12月～30月，平均随访时间18个月。结果 术后骨折对线满意率100％，对位满意率94％，骨折平均愈合时间8月，骨折愈合率98％，骨不连率2％。结论 微小切口交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨骨折符合AO原则，临床效果满意。

The Technique of Mini Incision with Intramedullary Nail to Treat Tibial Fracture.

Objective To evaluate the clinical and radiographic results of the technique of mini incision with intramedullary nail to treat tibial fracture. Methods From Febuary 1998 to December2005, according to the type of tibial fracture, the degree of soft tissue injury, and condition of reduction and fixation in stability of fracture, the approach was classified into three grades-zero, mini, and small incison. All the patients were underwent reduction and internal fixation through three kinds of incision by intrameduUary nails. Results 152 cases were followed up for 12 months to 30 months, the average follow - up time 18 months, shaft - to - shaft reduction 98%, and end - to - end reduction 94% in radiographic expression, the union rate 98%, and the ununion rate 2% in fracture. The average healing time is at 8 months. Conclusions The technique of mini incision with intramedullary nail abides by AO principle, and the clinic results is satisfactory.
