克氏钢针交叉内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折

目的探讨儿童肱骨髁上骨折采用克氏钢针交叉内固定治疗的临床效果。方法1999—01／2007-01，采用切开复位，克氏钢针交叉内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折37例，早期进行功能锻炼。结果37例术后经过9～35个月，平均24个月的随访，对位、对线良好，骨折骨性愈合，术后肘关节功能按照Cassbaum等的临床功能评定标准，评定为：优24例，良8例，中4例，差1例。结论克氏钢针内固定治疗完全移位的儿童肱骨髁上骨折，对软组织损伤小，手术操作简单，复位容易，固定牢靠，无需外固定，能早期进行功能锻炼，恢复肘关节功能。
