黄芩苷对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的观察黄芩苷对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法采用线栓法建立大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,观察黄芩苷对脑缺血再灌注大鼠行为学评分、脑梗死率、脑含水量以及脑组织NO、NOS、MDA、SOD的影响。结果黄芩苷可以明显改善大鼠脑缺血再灌注所致的行为学障碍,降低梗死率,降低脑组织含水量,同时可以降低脑内NO、NOS和MDA的含量,增加SOD含量。结论黄芩苷对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤有明显的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the protective effect of baicalin on the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats and its mechanism.
