| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心搏呼吸骤停患者院前心肺复苏的影响因素,以期提高院前心肺复苏的成功率。方法回顾性分析徐州市中心医院急诊科2009年12月-2010年12月的376名院前心肺复苏患者的临床资料,分析院前心肺复苏影响因素。结果抢救半径、心搏呼吸骤停患者年龄、心搏停止时间、现场电击除颤早晚及基础原发病均直接影响心肺复苏成功率。是否有基础原发病对CPR抢救成功率影响不大。结论影响院前心肺复苏成功的因素很多,必须做到快速到达现场,快速诊断,快速心肺复苏,采用改良胸外按压术,尽早除颤并及时、有效、合理地使用复合药物,才能提高院前心肺复苏的成功率。在复苏过程中,应用冰袋冰帽可有效降低脑组织代谢,降低脑氧气消耗量,在有效地辅助心肺复苏的同时可有效促进脑复苏。另外,加大心肺复苏术在公众中的普及力度也尤为重要。
